Description
This is a dynamic and demanding role, with each day presenting new challenges and is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA.
The role will be varied but duties will include:- Diary management.
- Scheduling calls and arranging meetings.
- Coordinating events, with the support of a dedicated events team.
- Managing the personal appointments and needs of the CEO.
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms, as well as arranging refreshments.
- Conducting general office administration tasks, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships.
- Attending meetings with the CEO and compiling meeting minutes.
The successful PA must have proven experience in a similar, fast-paced role and must have excellent organisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
