Grade 1Purpose:
To undertake basic work, performing routine duties in accordance with detailed procedures and instructions

Entry Criteria:
New starters with no experience (either direct with Herman Miller or via our partner agency). Basic understanding of numeracy and literacy is expected. Training on processes will be provided.
