- Advising and selling services to B2B customers
- Prospecting and generating leads in the Dutch market
- Managing the whole sales cycle from prospecting, negotiating contracts, to closing the deal
- Attending virtual and in-person networking events
- Analysing the market to build up a portfolio of new customers
- Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken
- Previous experience in Sales or Business Development, in the Dutch market and ideally in a similar industry (IT recruitment, Umbrella Company).
- Must have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to generate leads and build client relationships
- Solid project management and time management skills
- A can-do attitude, team spirit, and strong motivation to succeed

A fast-growing international IT consultancy firm is looking for a Dutch speaking Business Developer who will be responsible for generating new business in the Netherlands as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal Business Developer will have a background in IT Recruitment or Software development, with solid outbound sales and lead generation experience. The company is working on a hybrid model with 3 days in the Central London office and 2 days working from home.
