    Job descriptionWe are one of the UK's leading providers of language trainers to companies and government departments and work with a large network of language trainers across multiple languages and locations.

    We are looking for a Course Manager to act as a key point of contact for course administrative queries, performing all administrative tasks involved in course management and accurate processing of course administration this data to report to stakeholders on investment, course progress and student feedbackCollaborating with the Head of Team to attend regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of serviceBeing involved in project work, including (but not limited to) product development and teacher recruitmentKey Skills and Competencies:Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detailStrong Excel skills and very comfortable with technologyAble to prioritise tasks effectivelyExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenStrong data entry and verification skillsExperience in an administrative role would be a distinct advantage.

    This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in office in central London, and 2-3 days per week from home (usually alternating on a fortnightly pattern).

    The role may require occasional travel to meet clients.
