    We are partnering with an exceptional charity, who are accredited by the Great Place to Work Programme, providing social care services. Role
    It will be your responsibility to compile costings for current and new business. Working closely with operations to understand the cost to deliver service to ensure that the true cost of the support package is covered.
    Responsibilities include:
    • Lead and agree all costings including fair cost of care assumptions to ensure all business costed is financially viable.
    • Develop positive and productive internal and external relationships.
    • Manage the budget & forecasting process, creating sets of financial budgeting assumptions for review.
    • Maintain and update rules in the budgeting software, ensuring they are amended for any revised working practices and assumptions.

    Requirements
    • AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or equivalent
    • Experience of working in a Finance Team
    • Intermediates excel knowledge.
    • Exceptional communication and partnering skills.
    • Ability to build, develop and maintain supportive and constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    Salary £46,350.
