- Develop and implement assembly and test processes tailored for electrification.
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement and design for assembly.
- Ensure robust process quality planning, including FMEA's
- Evaluate and integrate manufacturing technologies suited for electrification applications.
- Collaborate with suppliers and support new model planning with an emphasis on electrification.
- Achieve Equipment Capability targets for new electrification facilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and strong IT skills.
- Deep understanding of assembly processes and equipment, particularly in the context of electrification.
- Proven experience in facility installation, commissioning, and product launch, with a focus on electrification.
- Fluent in interpreting Electrical and Mechanical machine drawings.
- Strong grasp of manufacturing engineering principles with a knack for reviewing and improving engineering drawings.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME) departments, ensuring seamless integration and handover of state-of-the-art facilities. You'll also work hand in hand with Manufacturing Operations teams to optimize current production processes, driving efficiency and quality across the board.
