As a Neighbourhood Advisor you'll play a key role in helping us provide this for our tenants. You'll work with them and other local agencies to support them in maintaining
their tenancy and helping resolve neighbourhood issues.

As the friendly face of Two Rivers Housing, you'll use your skills and expertise to deliver a great customer experience for our tenants.

You'll be experienced in tenancy and housing management legislation and be able to work in challenging customer facing situations, which require good communication skills, diplomacy and excellent customer service resolution and negotiation skills.

You'll have a good understanding and awareness of housing policy and practice, as well as appropriate landlord and tenant legislation and codes of practice.

CIH Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 GCSEs, grade C/4 or above or equivalent including Maths and English.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car insured for business use.
