Setter Do you have experience as an Injection Moulding Seter?
Are you proficient in setting up, adjusting and troubleshooting injection moulding equipment?

Asthe Setter you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of injection moulding machines, ensuring that they run efficiently and produce high-quality products.

Prepare and set up injection moulding machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment for production runs according to established guidelines and production schedules.

Monitor and adjust machine parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times, to ensure optimal product quality and production efficiency.

Conduct visual inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality standards, making adjustments as necessary during production to maintain quality.

Assist in training and mentoring junior machine operators and setters as needed.

Holds a IMT Level 3 Qualification or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications related to injection moulding is a plus.
2 years of experience as an Injection Moulding Setter in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Strong commitment to producing high-quality products with attention to detail.
