This growing outsourced payroll provider based in Camberley are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their established team.

You will be joining an established organisation that has achieved significant growth over the past few years and are now recruiting this new position into the team due to demand.

Furthermore, this role will be initially office based with an opportunity to become hybrid post the completion of probation.

This is a brilliant role for a Senior Payroll Administrator that is looking for their next challenge in an outsourced environment.


Senior Payroll Administrator - About The Role:

In this role you will be reporting into the Payroll Manager and will be working within a team of 8.

You will provide full payroll support to various clients across a number of industries.


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Accurate payroll processing from start to finish with the agreed timeframe.
  • Running complex payrolls for various clients.
  • Creating reports, imports, functions & set ups on company level.
  • Creating statutory payment rules, schedules & top up.
  • Processing HMRC and 3rd party payments on time.
  • Holding meetings with clients and responding to queries regarding pricing.
  • Working closely with the team leaders on creating & improving procedures.
  • Assisting with the implementation of small payrolls.
  • Holding training sessions with junior colleagues and ensuring the team is being run smoothly.

The successful Senior Payroll Administrator will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a payroll position
  • Experience in an outsourced payroll environment
  • Experience in training junior colleagues
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Advanced knowledge of payroll systems
