One of our clients, a big name in the Middle East and around the world is looking to hire a Scrum Master.

What you will be doing:

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and all the Agile ceremonies.
• Offer guidance and coaching to the team on all things Agile.
• Identify and clear out any obstacles that might pop up along the way.
• Collaborate closely with our Product Owner to align on project goals.
• Keep communication flowing smoothly between us and our client.
• Ensure we stick to our Agile principles and best practices.
• Monitor our progress and keep everyone updated.

What you'll need

• You've got 8+ years as a Scrum Master, with some impressive company names in your portfolio.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for a year
• Relatively short notice period
• If you've worked in the oil and gas industry before, even better.
• Certified Scrum Master? We'd love to see that.
• A pro in Agile methodologies – whether it's Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Leadership skills that inspire and motivate.
