- Collaborate closely with our Product Owner to align on project goals.
- Keep communication flowing smoothly between us and our client.
- Ensure we stick to our Agile principles and best practices.
- Monitor our progress and keep everyone updated.
- You've got 8+ years as a Scrum Master, with some impressive company names in your portfolio.
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for a year
- Relatively short notice period
- If you've worked in the oil and gas industry before, even better.
- Certified Scrum Master? We'd love to see that.
- A pro in Agile methodologies – whether it's Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
- Leadership skills that inspire and motivate.
