c. £60,000 - £70,000 + Company Benefits

Linq Healthcare are proud to be exclusively working with a Specialist Rehabilitation provider in search for a Head of Therapies to look over their inpatient and outpatient services.

This prestigious provider offers an extensive rehabilitation experience across a range of neurological, spinal, orthopaedic, and other medical conditions requiring rehabilitation.

Using a holistic and dynamic approach to treatment.

The Head of Therapies will be reporting to the Hospital Manager and will be responsible for a growing team of around 15 staff, with 4 direct reports.

You must ensure that high levels of quality care to the client group in accordance with rehabilitation standards ensuring CQC and accreditation standards are met and exceeded.

Criteria:

Experience of working within a neurological, rehab or hospital setting is essential
You must be prepared to be clinically hands on as and when required
A clinical background is essential e.g. physiotherapist, occupational therapist, etc
Have experience of budget management, clinical governance and leading a team
You must have exceptional communication, leadership and management skills
As Head of Therapies, we wish you to be engaging, lead by example, innovative and visible.
Knowledge and understanding of CQC and Accreditations is desirable
