    Position: Administrator Hourly Rate: £12-£14 per hour (Depending on Experience) Location: Glasgow

    Hours of working - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (hours may vary)

    Brief Description of Role: As an Administrator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining an efficient work environment. Here's what you'll be doing:

    Duties of Role:

    • Clerical Support: Screening calls, emails management, and dealing with enquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Visitor Management: meeting and greeting visitors and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate records, update employee records, ensuring company database is up to date and accurate at all times.
    • Document Handling: Assist with filing, archiving, and organising office documents.
    • Spreadsheets and Presentations: Create and manage documents, spreadsheets.
    • Appointment Coordination: Diary management, booking meetings, and arrange company travel.
    • Customer Interaction: provide excellent customer service for all queries/enquiries.

    Skills Needed:

    • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data management and document handling.
    • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organization: Ability to multitask and keep documents up to date and accurate
    • Computer Proficiency: proficient on all Microsoft packages (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
