We are looking for a Support Officer join our Technical Services Team.


What you will be doing:


In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical assistance to support the delivery of responsive, cyclical and planned property maintenance activities within Technical Services.

You will promote the service at all times ensuring high standard of Customer Care is achieved at all times in line with our Customer Charter.


The key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, distributing work orders, resolving customer and colleague enquiries, promoting health and safety awareness,, liaising with external contractors, and contributing to the smooth running of the office.


What we are looking for:

To join our Repairs support team, we're looking for someone:/p>
- with good communication and customer service skills;
- who can work under pressure;
- who is organised and detail orientated;
- who has an understanding of PC based systems;
- who can meet deadlines and targets; and
- can work independently and as part of a team.
