Description
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our cancer transformation team.


We have a significant transformation programme in place that you will be involved in supporting to ensure they are delivered in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

This role is a secondment or fixed term post until 31st March 2025.


interviews to take place during the week beginning the 31st July 2023


The role will include providing administrative support for the programme and the transformation leads, tracking and reporting progress and performance across projects, task and finish groups and other associated meetings, leading on specified pieces of project work and developing and maintaining good working relationships with a variety of stakeholder both internal and external to the organisation.


The post holder will work will with mínimal supervision and be expected to work flexibly as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

The post holder will be responsible for
- providing high-quality Programme and Project Support
- providing the structure, governance process, report on progress, key issues and risks to enable key decisions and actions to be taken in a timely manner.
- the management of administration including documenting processes, coordination of activity and maintaining standards throughout all projects, maintaining change control records
- coordination and monitoring of the cancer transformation budgets
- ordering supplies and services
- leading on specified elements of projects
- organising meeting/events
- developing project and quality improvement related communication documents including newsletters and publications
- providing project support to the programme
- being the first point of contact for the transformation team
