Main duties of the job

Providing care which is dignified and assisting residents to continue with any activities they can do independently, working In our residents home, a diverse team of very strong staff, dementia trained and distressed behaviour trained. Range of residents aged from 65 onwards, lovely unit which really works to its current strengths. Very supportive team within the unit who specialise within providing the care for our residents. Very good relationships with general practitioner for support and reviewing of residents. It embodies the practice of nursing, all while building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with Residents and their loved ones. We are looking for kind nurses to join our dedicated care home teams across the country, offering enhanced rates of pay that progress with your experience alongside a wide range of attractive company benefits.
