Working Hours:
Hybrid working hours a week

We have a wide service portfolio which is catered to the needs of our client base, and we now have fantastic opportunities for Appointment Setters to join our sales team.


What will you be doing as an Appointment Setter?
The main role for the Appointment Setter is to make outbound calls to clients in order to qualify them as a sales lead for the sales team


This includes:

  • Making outbound calls to new and existing clients to schedule appointments for the sales teams and explore their additional products and needs
  • Accurately updating the CRM system, ensuring all information is captured accurately
  • Engaging with the marketing team on current themes and messaging
  • Providing feedback on themes/messaging that is successful in generating appointments
What experience / skills are we looking for?

Essential Experience*- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

  • Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous sales experience, either face to face or over the phone
Desirable Skills*- Experience in an outbound call centre environment
