RPS is looking for a Sample Coordinator to support our Laboratory team based in Manchester. You will be responsible for logging incoming work and supporting with administrative duties.

What you'll be doing

Interpret client requirements and register samples into LIMS
Communicate any sample deviations & sample queries to customers.
Ensure samples have appropriate purchase orders.
Liaise with clients regarding sample progress
Order consumables/sampling media as required to ensure adequate stocks are maintained.
Drive company van for sample collections (in local area) may be required occasionally.
Maintain housekeeping standards
Comply with H&S requirements, promote safe working practices and report any H&S concerns to senior management.

Who we're looking for?

Essential

Good time management skills, attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure
Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Full clean driving licence
