Sample Co-ordinator - Manchester, United Kingdom - RPS Group
Description
RPS is looking for a Sample Coordinator to support our Laboratory team based in Manchester. You will be responsible for logging incoming work and supporting with administrative duties.

What you'll be doing
- Interpret client requirements and register samples into LIMS
- Communicate any sample deviations & sample queries to customers.
- Ensure samples have appropriate purchase orders.
- Liaise with clients regarding sample progress
- Order consumables/sampling media as required to ensure adequate stocks are maintained.
- Drive company van for sample collections (in local area) may be required occasionally.
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Comply with H&S requirements, promote safe working practices and report any H&S concerns to senior management.
Who we're looking for?
Essential
- Good time management skills, attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full clean driving licence
