Description
RPS is looking for a Sample Coordinator to support our Laboratory team based in Manchester. You will be responsible for logging incoming work and supporting with administrative duties.

What you'll be doing

  • Interpret client requirements and register samples into LIMS
  • Communicate any sample deviations & sample queries to customers.
  • Ensure samples have appropriate purchase orders.
  • Liaise with clients regarding sample progress
  • Order consumables/sampling media as required to ensure adequate stocks are maintained.
  • Drive company van for sample collections (in local area) may be required occasionally.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Comply with H&S requirements, promote safe working practices and report any H&S concerns to senior management.

Who we're looking for?

Essential

  • Good time management skills, attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision as well as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Full clean driving licence
