Field Water Meter Reader

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

£12.50 per hour PLUS company vehicle

12 week temporary contract, then to be reviewed.

Our client is currently recruiting a Meter Technician to join their fast-paced team based in Buckingham/Brackley area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Hours
Working a 37hour week. Your hours are flexible between the working window of 6:30 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays this includes early morning starts and late evenings until 8pm as this is when our customers are most likelyto be at home.
Obtain accurate readings from water meters
Carry out meter exchanges (Full training will be provided)
Collecting meter data, this is a physically demanding role where you will walk 3 to 8 miles per day
Use of a handheld computer to carry out work

You will:

Have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
Ideally have experience within a driving role. You will be provided with a uniform and a van
Have basic IT skills
A current appropriate clean UK driving licence
Enjoy working outside
