Hutcheon Mearns are supporting an established Perth client to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant. Part of the finance team, processing purchase invoices and maintenance of supplier accounts.


Key areas of responsibilities:

  • Sole responsibility for the processing of all purchase invoices across the group
  • Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders, resolving any discrepancies
  • Managing supplier payment runs (BACs)
  • Creation and maintenance of supplier accounts
  • Supplier statement reconciliations, working with suppliers to resolve any queries
  • Processing of company credit card expenses
  • Processing of monthly petty cash returns
  • Processing of journals for monthend accruals
  • Providing cover for other finance colleagues as and when required
