    OUTSIDE IR35 full time 6 month contract // £550 per day dependant on experience

    • A plus: bi-lingual Spanish/English
    • Some travel to Madrid (client funded)
    • Mostly remote, although a desk is available in the London office. Some days in London office with UK based team.

    Looking for experienced Data Governance lead to hit the ground running on a 6 month placement, with a focus on activating Data Quality, Data Domain working groups, and setting up the operating frameworks. There will be a need to spend time with stakeholders and team members in Madrid.

    You will have held a similar position before and have experience of Informatica, or a similar Data Governance tool. This role will not directly line manage but may guide the team.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time Data Governance Manager contract for 6 months with one of our key clients, undergoing a transformation to establish end-to-end data governance practices enabled through Informatica.There is an opportunity for the successful contractor to apply for a permanent position.

    The scope of this contract includes:

    • Roll out an enterprise-wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality
    • Ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company's principal data assets.
    • Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements.
    • Promote and educate business units about the Program, its activities, and benefits.
    • Develop, review and monitor DG metrics to assess performance and effectiveness of the Program.
    • Mentor and consult the Data Stewards and Working Teams on the Program and related policies, procedures, and standards.
