A fantastic opportunity for a Programmatic Strategist has arisen with a rapidly growing and award-winning media agency where recently, 100% of its surveyed employees agreed that it was a great place to work.

The agency has several offices across the UK and as such this role is open to people in the Edinburgh, Manchester and London areas.


The Role:


The role would see you joining the Programmatic Team, who employs cutting-edge algorithms that work in real-time to enhance campaigns, utilising data-driven technologies to guide bidding strategies.


The role would see you managing various channels, including display, video, and mobile, while continually seeking fresh avenues to tackle client challenges and goals.

You'll be in charge of preparing, activating, optimising, and analysing the performance of channels, providing frequent campaign reports and practical insights to clients and internal teams.

Additionally, you'll help support more junior members of the team.


Responsibilities:


  • Set up campaigns using platforms like DV360, Campaign Manager, or other DSPs.
  • Lead client communication and meetings effectively.
  • Develop proposals for key clients, advising on budget, targeting, creative, and KPIs across channels.
  • Manage expectations according to SLAs, priorities, and capacity.
  • Take full ownership of accounts, providing regular performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members for optimised campaign delivery and identify growth opportunities.
  • Help coach more junior team members.

Requirements:


  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with clients in Programmatic.
  • Skilled in creating, executing, and assessing campaigns and strategies that benefit clients.
  • Understanding of different types of digital paid advertising.
  • Comfortable using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with tools like Looker, DV360, and CM360 in the Google Marketing platform.
