We are recruiting for Insurance Consultants to join an established company (part of Lloyd's Banking Group) who have been founded in 2000 and offer products through three different routes - Online /
Guidance / Advice.

You will be part of the Guidance consultants team.


The company work with some very well-known brands such as Martin Lewis' "Money Saving Expert" drawing in high quality leads, enabling them to be extremely successful.

The company has been built based on their core value relentless pursuit in the customers best interests. This means that a customer will always be put first, no questions asked


Job Summary

Role responsibilities

  • Manage daily allocation of new leads.
  • Manage and prioritise your workload.
  • Sell the product/s to the customer and hit monthly sales targets.
  • A strong desire to put the customer's needs first.
  • Adhere and contribute to company processes.
  • Follow the script.
  • Record details accurately on CRM system.
  • Ensure your work is compliant.
  • Be open and receptive to feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Proactively keep your knowledge as up to date as possible for the products available to you.
  • Attend ongoing training as required.
  • Always adhere to company values quality, value and transparency.

Salary:£25k base (can rise to 30k with consistent 6 months performance). £50k OTE plus benefits

Hours:Mon 10am-8pm / Tues, Weds, Thurs 10am-7pM/Fri10am-6pm (40 hour week)

Start Date: May 2023

Probationary Period: 6 months
