- Partnering Business units to deliver their operational objectives, providing support in the development of the business budgets.
- Ensuring Business unit activities are in accordance with Force financial policies and procedures.
- Develop, manage and motivate the team and contribute to the standardisation, enhancement of processes and policies.
- Identify areas of concern in the monthly financial performance.
- Responsible for the development of Business Units budgets ensuring cost drivers are understood and evaluated.
- Responsible for provision of analysis and advice in the development of business cases.
- Must be a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA)
- Strong Business partnering experience.
- Ability to influence and challenge business managers and senior stakeholders.
- Previous management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
