Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new challenge? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our established and friendly team, providing an HR service to our own organisation as well as East Suffolk Services Ltd.

This role will be supporting East Suffolk Council two days per week and East Suffolk Services Ltd three days per week.

You will promote people management excellence across the two organisations, delivering change programmes and projects, shaping HR policy, and coaching and supporting managers. You will manage complex HR casework to conclusion, taking a proactive approach in cases of discipline, performance, sickness absence, capability, grievance, bullying and harassment and occupational health.

You will be CIPD Level 7 qualified and have relevant operational and strategic HR experience, up to date knowledge of employment legislation and a proven track record of successfully dealing with varied and complex people management issues. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be customer focused, tenacious, flexible and embrace team working.

*Salary offered within the grade will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
