An exciting international company is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to join their team at their headquarters in South West London.
This immediate starthybrid role offers a competitive salary of up to £32,000 and outstanding benefits.
As the successful Personal Assistant, you will be:
- Responsible for extensive diary management for the directors including arranging all appointments, conference calls and travel.
- Organising international travel researching, presenting, and booking travel itineraries, arranging working visas, incountry travel including airport transfers, and any COVID requirements.
- Arranging Directors' meetings, including booking meeting rooms, catering and refreshments, welcoming external guests, and collating and preparing meeting materials.
- Managing Director expenses, including travel expenses, card reconciliation, setting up new suppliers, booking couriers and raising POs and invoices.
The successful Personal Assistant should have:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word Excel etc).
- Strong Diary Management skills
- Experience in handling confidential information with complete discretion.
- Experience with Outlook calendar would be ideal
