    Organised, team-orientated GP Training practice that communicate well together and ensure no one becomes overburdened.

    Strong management in place who have embraced the unique nature of working in their part of North Somerset, resulting in phenomenal patient feedback.

    For newly qualified GPs, there is support in pursuing the Newly Qualified GP Fellowship Programme and the unrivalled offer of a second Fellowship session within the wider PCN, providing you work five clinical sessions.

    One recent example is a newly qualified GP doing a session studying green and sustainable practice. This PCN Fellowship is open to all GPs, newly qualified or experienced, looking to take on a specialism.
    11,100 per session per annum + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS pension
    just outside Weston-super-Mare - parking on-site for GP
    The surgery -GP Training practice
    Strong nursing support team including Nurse Practitioners, minor illness specialist, chronic disease specialists and Mental Health Nurse
    Employ a Remote GP for a couple of hours a day who just does PATH results (and required follow-up calls), meaning there is very little in the way of results for the GPs to do - very admin light as a result
    No evenings/weekends
    NHS pension
    BMA contract (i.e. sick pay, maternity pay, continuous service)
    6 weeks' annual leave
