55-65k Base, 95-110k OTE + Great Benefits

With over 1 million active users in 60 countries, this well-funded organisation maintains a high 97% satisfaction rate. To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening in Paris for an experienced Account Executive.

As an Account Executive, you will:

Build awareness and drive pipelines and revenue
Generate net new business in a scalable, predictable, and transparent manner
Target midmarket to enterpriselevel accounts
Receive SDR support to supplement your activity
Manage endtoend sales cycles
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive effective strategies

Account Executive applicants will demonstrate the following skills, traits, and experience:

Degree level education
5+ years B2B SaaS, L&D, EdTech or HRTech sales experience
Midmarket to Enterprise exposure
Collaborative
Hunter mentality
Commercially aware
Technically astute
Highly driven
Excellent communication and presentation
Analytical and attentive
Startup experience

The successful Account Executive can expect:

A base salary circa 55-65k
Uncapped OTE of 95110k
Hybrid working
