Reception & Facilities Supervisor for Bank needed. To actively manage the buildings facilities and contractors, also acting as the first point of contact with guests. This would suit someone who has some facilities, or building management experience who is a 'can do' type of candidate looking to get into a really amazing company with fantastic benefits.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities are:

1. Contractor Management
2. Meeting and greeting, reservation of meeting rooms
3. Floor walks and room checks.
4. Keeping an eye on Heath & Safety issues
5. Pat testing
6. Liaising with maintenance and contractor firms to ensure smooth running of the floors
7. Ensuring the maintenance of the visitor electronic pass system and the maintenance of the client facing areas e.g. fault reporting.
8. Constant review and improvement of the welcome services

• Experience of facilities or building management in a company setting
