Job Description We are a Beauty, Skincare & Cosmetics Manufacturer with a proven track record of supplying top-tier private label and branded products to leading retailers.

We are now looking for a detailed orientated, Quality Coordinator to join our growing team

Perform required inspections of raw materials, componentry and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Assist in implementing environmental management systems and initiatives to minimize the company's environmental footprint.
Monitor waste management practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety programs to promote a safe working environment for employees.

Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, test results, and compliance documentation.
Provide training and guidance to manufacturing personnel on quality procedures, environmental practices, and health and safety protocols.
Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards related to quality, environmental, and health and safety requirements.

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
Previous experience in quality control, environmental compliance, or related field, preferably in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to quality control, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with quality management systems (QMS) or environmental management systems (EMS) is desirable.

Office is in Brentwood, Essex.
