- Accountable for the successful handover of pre-construction activities to the Operations & Construction teams including the handover of any known risks on the projects.
- Working with the Tendering team to oversee initial tender documents and ensure the full scope of works has been considered and factored into costs correctly.
- Work with the project management and operational teams to identify and plan long-lead time item requirements on projects.
- Collaborate with designers and ensure all designs are compliant with regulatory approvals.
- Provide timely, accurate and consistent pre-construction updates.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, collaborating closely on project details and specifications.
- Development of Junior staff members.
- Input of development of designs with external design consultants and subcontractors, providing best practice and sustainable solutions.
- Prepare information for monthly board reports and reporting statistics for the tendering/pre-construction team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deadlines simultaneously work with teams to influence from the initial project stages through design and into implementation
- Detail and technical orientated professional that displays strong organisational and delivery skills.
