SALES ADVISOR
An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing housing association, with a customer and people first approach, across their developments in the South of England.
Role Purpose
You will provide an outstanding customer experience to customers looking to purchase a new home, assisting them with their home purchase from enquiry, reservation through to completion and beyond.
The Role
You will be responsible for shared ownership property sales in the south, reporting to the Sales Manager.
You will effectively respond to customers, book and complete viewing appointments, and assist customers in selecting their brand new home that meets their requirements.
You will be the main point of contact for your customers throughout their home buying journey. You will visit the properties you have for sale; completing viewing and completion appointments.You will also work with internal and external stakeholders to help your sales contract as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
As part of a busy team and role, you will work flexibly between the office, home and your operating area.
Your Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- You will be an experienced Sales Advisor/Negotiator/Consultant/Executive within the new homes/property industry
- You'll have experience selling either/both shared ownership and open market homes
- Understand the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion and beyond
- Used to working to, and achieving targets set
- Have in a good understanding of shared ownership and open market sales, including the conveyancing process
- Experience using CRM systems to record information
- With travel throughout the South of England a full UK driving licence is required

Salary:
£30,000 - £32,000 basic, £40,000 - £42,000 OTE
Location:
Hybrid position, travel throughout developments in the South of England
Contract:
Full time, Tuesday - Saturday, permanent position.
