    Role Overview

    We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to support our Canary Wharf office on Saturdays.

    The ideal candidate will be extremely professional, have a can-do attitude and thrive on delivering excellent customer service.

    You'll have good knowledge of the surrounding area and enjoy dealing with members of the public.

    We may require the job holder to work on some weekdays depending on how busy the office is.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Handling all enquiries (walk-ins, telephone and email)
    • Conducting viewings for our prospective clients
    • Registering and qualifying new applicants
    • Ensuring the office is presentable at all times
    • Supporting the wider team with diary management and communicating with stakeholders when necessary
    • Releasing and signing out keys to contractors and new owners

    This is not an exhaustive list, in addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time

    • Be an excellent communicator

    • Be confident, proactive and have good initiative
    • Take pride in your work and enjoy delivering first-class customer service
    • Have a good knowledge of the North Cotswolds
    • Enjoy dealing with people
    • Must have a driving licence and own car
    • Be computer literate
