Description
2fawcett are recruiting for a
customer service administrator to join our client in Nottingham on a
full-time, permanent basis.


The role & responsibilities:
Taking inbound phone calls for the Service General phone line and handling customer enquiries

Call logging and raising
new orders
Improving
customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth

Meet all Customer KPI's with regards to their
administration processes

Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, assisting colleagues in all aspect of their work to meet Customer needs


Requirements:

Knowledge of
administrative procedures


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
