- Will lead the management in the day to day running of the project.
- Developing and Working to Build Programme's.
- Managing and Co-ordinating Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants Successfully to complete the project in a timely manor as per the programme.
- Responsibility for keeping site safe and tidy, protecting all work elements and managing the health and safety for the project duration.
- Holding weekly site meetings and attending fortnightly client progress meetings.
- Ensure that site operatives are following company systems and procedures.
- Identifying changes/ variations upon receipt of revised drawings and liaising with the commercial department.
- Involvement with the Commercial Department during the procurement stage to ensure any site abnormalities are allowed for
