    Executive Search Consultant

    Location: London

    The Role:

    • Opportunity to join as full 360 or 180 focusing on either candidate or business development.
    • Proactively sourcing the best candidates through headhunting, cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
    • Prospecting new clients and creating long lasting relationships
    • Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to negotiation
    • Opportunity for someone to join and have fast progression into leadership

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • You need to be a driven and motivated individual looking to progress in their recruitment career
    • 6-12 months+ experience in permanent recruitment is desired but not essential
    • Experience within permanent Tech recruitment would be advantageous
    • You will have experience of headhunting including cold calling, LinkedIn Talent Pool creation, CRM searches and following a sales cadence.
    • You must enjoy a collaborative and team focused environment and look to lead from the front.
    • You must be commutable to the office in Shoreditch 3 days a week minimum.
