    About the team:
    As a member of Rapid7's Managed Services team, the Managed Operations Analyst will investigate and support incidents related to client scan requests,
    reports and vulnerability findings. Rapid7's Managed Operations Analysts will work with Rapid7 solutions and various other tools to ensure success in
    ongoing monitoring, scanning, and maintenance.

    Our analysts are fanatical about security and solving complex technical issues. As an excellent problem solver and critical thinker, our analysts will also be
    expected to work closely with Rapid7 engineering, support and security researchers to influence product roadmap alignment and innovation.

    About the role:
    As a Managed Operations Analyst you will be working in a cloud environment and navigating various services to manage, configure and troubleshoot client
    scan services. You will cross-collaborate with various stakeholders such as our operations and support teams to ensure that security scanning is functional
    and properly configured. This will ensure that Rapid7 technology is operating at the highest level to support our customers' and achieve our security goals.

    The skills you'll bring include:

    • Bachelor's degree in information security or related discipline.
    • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize.
    • Good understanding of common enterprise technologies.
    • Passion for web security and vulnerability management, and a desire to learn more
    • Prior technology deployment and configuration experience is desirable
    • Networking and systems administration background is desirable
