As a People Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective support to our valued employees and managers across all aspects of our service offering.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this thrilling role, you will work closely with the Head of People and Health & Safety and the Senior People Advisor to deliver initiatives that align with CHL's Service Delivery Plan.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with line managers across CHL, providing them with invaluable coaching and support to ensure they fulfil the people management aspects of their roles with openness, transparency, and adherence to our core values.


Your Mission:


  • Provide initial advice on people management issues, recruitment, and learning & development.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive a comprehensive and holistic service offering.
  • Coach and support line managers to confidently deal with people management challenges.
  • Promote and embody our corporate aims, objectives, and cultural aspirations.
  • Deliver businessfocused solutions that drive success at CHL.
