    Our expert lawyers assist clients with complex issues of interpretation arising under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (and related legislation), the FCA/PRA handbooks, consumer credit legislation and the anti-money laundering regime.

    As an Associate at Burges Salmon, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture. Actively develop junior collegaues, deepen your expertise, and foster a collaborative environment. Lastly, as you network and build connections, you'll contribute to the growth of our business through referrals and collaboration. Relevant experience working on financial services regulatory or fintech matters and transactions.

    • Good knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, subordinate legislation (including the Regulated Activities Order and the Financial Promotion Order) and the FCA Handbook (including COBS, CASS, SYSC and SUP).
    • Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer.
