    What the role is all about...

    Three Business are on an exciting growth journey and we're looking for a knowledgeable CRM campaign build and deployment expert to join the team and help us get to our next milestone.

    Sitting within the B2B Customer Marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in implementing and managing the Marketo marketing automation platform, enabling us to execute effective campaigns targeting both existing customers and acquisition.

    You'll work closely with wider teams to deliver an effective and seamless journeys across multiple, complex comms programmes as well as lead gen activity from unknown through to converted opportunity, ensuring visibility of all touchpoints and the ability to measure marketing performance.

    You'll look for opportunities to leverage wider technology and data solutions to improve the effectiveness of our marketing activities, targeting businesses from employees across a range of channels (email, digital, SMS, app etc.)

    What you'll be doing...

    • Collaborate with the B2B Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, requirements, and target audiences.
    • Lead the implementation and configuration of the Marketo marketing automation platform.
    • Design, build, and manage complex multi-channel campaigns using Marketo's tools and capabilities.
    • Develop and maintain automated workflows, lead nurturing programs, and customer journey maps to optimize campaign performance and enhance the customer experience.
    • Integrate Marketo with other relevant platforms, such as CRM systems, to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify opportunities for optimisation, and implement best practices for email deliverability, lead scoring, and segmentation.
    • Train. educate and support team members on Marketo best practices and usage.
    • Share the latest industry trends and advancements in marketing automation to bring innovative ideas to the team.

    Qualifications

    What you'll ideally bring...

    • Experience in Adobe product suite, with a focus on Marketo and a strong understanding of Salesforce technology and an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
    • Experience with marketing technology integrations, particularly CRM systems
    • Experience managing technology vendors
    • Proven experience as a CRM build specialist, with a track record of successfully implementing and managing Marketo marketing automation for B2B campaigns.
    • Strong proficiency in Marketo's functionalities, including campaign creation, journey flows, in-system data management, conditional logic builds, lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.

    At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

    Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
