A successful independent financial planning practice based on the outskirts of Cardiff are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Financial Adviser to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to take on a full clientbank.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic advice to the existing client bank, focusing on a high level of service & client retention
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice to meet their needs
  • Continuously reviewing clients' financial plans and portfolios, making recommendations where necessary
  • Help to grow the business by expanding existing relationships and attracting new clients where applicable

Requirements:


  • MUST be Level 4 qualified as a minimum and will be signed off to provide advice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning and investment products, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice to clients
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
