    LILLINGTON PRIMARY SCHOOL

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is delighted to announce that we are recruiting a Headteacher for Lillington Primary School for September 2024.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to shape the immediate and long-term future for the school, supported by a close-knit community of other Headteachers and colleagues across the Trust.

Lillington is a primary school serving a close-knit community in Lillington. The school was judged as 'Good' in all areas during October 2023. This followed a period of recovery and rapid school improvement after its previous inspection. Since sponsoring the school, the Trust has established strong governance and a stable staffing structure. Colleagues, children and the wider community are extremely excited about the future.

The school currently has a PAN of 30 (reduced to support a focus on school improvement) and following the successful inspection outcome has consulted on increasing to 60 in the future.

It is our belief that Lillington will become a learning community to rival the best on a national and international stage in the future.

The successful candidate will lead Lillington and continue the drive to become a "World Class" school where all children have the times of their lives

We are looking to appoint a charismatic, dynamic individual with exceptional leadership skills, who naturally inspires others and is passionate about teaching and its impact on learning.

Finham Park Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Headteacher who will:

a willing and capable learner who is able to articulate a vision for the school and who will inspire and empower others to share in achieving it
have a determination to consolidate improvement, build on strengths and lead the school to even greater success
be passionate about making a difference for every child
have a strong presence, maintaining and developing excellent relationships between staff, governors, parents, students and the wider community

be committed to becoming involved at a strategic level in the development and growth of our Multi Academy Trust – unique in it's ambition to promote co-construction at all levels.

We welcome enquiries from experienced Deputy Headteachers and are happy to arrange informal, confidential discussions or visits to the School
