- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy.
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales process, tools and resources and create initiatives to address them.
- Design and deliver training programmes to equip sales with the knowledge and skills required to sell.
- Develop & create high-quality sales content.
- General Product marketing around new features and functionalities.
- Establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
- Develop and create compelling customer-facing presentations
- You will be the voice of sales and translate the technical across marketing, sales enablement and product
- Be the Go-To-Market expert for Product Marketing, working cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales Strategy and Distribution
- Develop, create, package, and deliver relevant sales training material, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings
- Create and produce content for events such as webinars and exhibitions
- Develop marketing campaigns to generate awareness.
- Have proven marketing experience within a B2B.
- Have exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance metrics and make data-backed recommendations.
- Be a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
- Be Familiar with B2B marketing and a solid understanding of the buyer's journey.
- Collaborate with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
- Have experience with sales enablement.
- Working with Technical products in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
- A team player, with a strong desire to succeed, and a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Have a high level of initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
