CONTRACT:
Permanent

WORKING PATTERN:
Term time only, plus one week

SALARY:
Grade 5 Spinal Point £24,948-£27,852) pro rata

Do you have experience of supporting the provision of a high-quality support service to help improve overall attendance? You will be providing support to a number of pupils with behaviour, attendance and welfare issues including Pupil Premium pupils, Looked After Children, Young Carers and persistent non-attenders, to overcome their barriers to learning in order to enable them to make progress academically.

We are looking for an experienced professional to ensure the achievement of attendance objectives
.

You should:

Have experience of working with SIMS
Have experience of working with pupils with SEND
Be good at prioritising
Be able to work as part of a team
Be able to establish relationships with pupils and their families
Have good interpersonal skills including listening skills
Be selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
