Our client, a top 50 firm based in Stockport, are looking for a qualified accounts senior to join their team.

This can be Qualified via ACCA, ACA or by experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns, providing expert insights to clients.
Conduct indepth financial analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement and offering strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to help achieve their business goals.
Stay uptodate with the latest accounting regulations and industry trends, ensuring clients receive the best advice.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and highperforming culture.

Requirements:

ACA, ACCA, or QBE is essential.
Proven experience as an Accounts Senior within an accountancy practice is highly desirable.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients effectively.
Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and highquality work.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
