We are seeking an qualified RMN/RNMH with experience of working in a Community Health service for Older People and who has NMP qualification.


The role will involve working in clinic to review patients and their current treatment and to prescribe medication within the scope of practice.


The role may also involve visiting people in their own homes or in Care Homes to carry out medical reviews.
