This vacancy is to provide support for the education and training department within community response.Course administration, database maintenance, volunteer communication, organisation and prioritisation.
The community response team is a supportive and friendly department focused on providing the best experience for volunteers. There will be personal and professional development opportunities, flexibility and responsibility.
Responsible for the planning and placing of volunteers in accordance with agreed processes and contractual requirements covering internal and external students.
Undertake reporting as contractually agreed or indicated within Key Performance Indicators.
Undertake administrative functions to assist the Senior Training Administrator or Education & Training Manager and with any support required for tutors or students.
Ability to manage confidential documents and information in a professional manner and following GDPR guidelines.
