up to £52,000 + £4,000 car allowance, bonus, pension, healthcare

Our client is looking to appoint a construction project manager to work within the real estate arm of said business.

Depending on your experience and career desires you can be deployed to work across either commercial CAT A/B, large new build healthcare, brownfield regeneration projects or some very complex life sciences projects.

Again, depending on your experience and desires once deployed into specific teams you will then keep working across those specific sectors.

Project management experience within a multi-disciplinary / construction consultancy
Strong track record of delivering real estate projects from inception to delivery
Ideally you will have experience within life sciences, commercial fit-out, healthcare, residential
4,000 car allowance
