Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Solicitor (3-10PQE) to join their team as an Associate or Senior Associate in Edinburgh.

The team act for clients on high-value domestic and international disputes within the infrastructure, construction & engineering, and energy sectors and have built an outstanding reputation globally for their technical expertise and successes.

This role will include:

Acting for a wide variety of clients across the construction, energy & infrastructure sectors including investors, contractors, insurers, public sector, and PPP contracts.

Advising on a range of disputes in pre-action, as well as in litigation, arbitration and adjudication.
Working closely with Partners, Associates and trainees within the team and across the firm.
An active participation in the business development and marketing initiatives of the team.

The ideal candidate for this role will have gained circa 3-10 years' post-qualification experience within a construction (and/or energy & infrastructure) disputes team, at the Associate or Senior Associate level.
