Job Overview:
Weare currently seeking a Production Line Operative to join our teamon a fulltime basis. The Production Line Operative will beresponsible for operating and maintaining production equipmentensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production lineand meeting production targets.
KeyResponsibilities:
Operate production equipmentaccording to standard operating procedures
Monitor production line for any issues or malfunctions and reportthem to the supervisor
Perform quality checks onproducts to ensure they meet company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Followall safety procedures and guidelines
Assist withmachine setup and changeovers
Meet dailyproduction targets and deadlines
Troubleshootand resolve basic equipment issues
Completeproduction reports and documentation accurately and in a timelymanner
Participate in continuous improvementinitiatives to increase efficiency andproductivity
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environmentpreferred
Ability to operate and troubleshootproduction equipment
Strong attention to detailand quality control
Good communication andteamwork skills
Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and meet productiontargets

7:30 am till 4pm Mon toThursday
Friday early finish 7:30am till1pm
Starting wage 11.44 perhour
Pay structures set up for pay increase to12.44 per hour after continuedservice.
