- Expand and maintain the client database, ensuring consistent growth.
- Provide high quality customer experiences, meeting, and exceeding client expectations.
- Take full ownership of client accounts and orders, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to aftercare services.
- Visit clients as necessary to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the client portfolio.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to line managers to aid decision-making and strategy development.
- Proven track record within the steel pipeline industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in using IT system, including Outlook, Word, CRM, and out sales software (training provided).
